Cary, North Carolina

Ever been there? This city is a suburb of the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina and it is growing.

According to the Cary Chamber of Commerce website, “The average family size in Cary is growing with fifty percent of the households consisting of families with a median family income of $75,122. Currently, fifty percent of the households have families. The median age is 34 years old.

In Cary, of individuals that are 18 years or older, 95% hold at least a high school diploma. Over half (61%) of working adults have a college degree and almost a quarter (23%) have a Master’s degree or higher.”

Even though real estate was supposed to be slowing down, Cary NC Real Estate may be one of the places where it is heating up.

I love North Carolina. It is so lush and beautiful during the summer. I remember taking a road trip from Michigan to Charlotte, NC in 1990. I was so impressed with North Carolina then because it just seemed so green. I don’t think Cary is any different. A beautiful city.
